1st Haircut

We had a big day in the Kuhne house today. Jennings got his 1st haircut! Matt has been trying to convince me that he is ready for a cut for a long time now and i still don't think it had to be done, but I gave in and we went today. We went to Lil' Whipper Snippers to get his haircut and he did a great job. Each staion has a TV and they have tons of kid movies. He was watching Elmo and playing with a dinosaur and his big boy sucker. He didn't flinch or cry or whine, which is more than i can say about myself! I was having a very hard time with the whole thing. My baby is growing up way too fast and i am not ready for it. He went form looking like a baby to looking like a toddler in a span of 15 minutes today. It was very hard for me and my very supportive and understanding husband laughed at me!

These are pictures from before she cut his hair. You can see that it is falling over his ears, but I still don't think it was that bad!

Here he is playing with the dinosaur during his haircut. He had a lot of fun. They even let us record the whole thing on our camcorder, how awesome is that!

And finally the finished product. A much older and wiser looking Jennings Robert Kuhne. He decided to sport the mohawk for his first day as a toddler and i have to say, he makes it looks good!
